Athena - goddess of wisdom

I love the quote from Ratatouille (and yes, I had to check the movie box to make sure I spelled it right). The quote goes like this: "They could write books of all the things dad doesn't know....and they HAVE!"

In the day-to-day living of a wife and mom, we sometimes forget to nourish our minds (sheesh - we're lucky if we get a shower in the morning).  I am a big fan of the public library....all those books....for freeeeee?  (In my mind that came out the way Adam Sandler says it on Bedtime Stories - one of my new favorite movies.)  Anyway, the problem is though that it takes me for.ever. to find a book that I want to read and usually before I'm done looking, my 6-month-old alarm clock goes off and tells me it's time to get outta there.

Hopefully Athena can help us out with a book list and some reviews to help us get some good books in our hands.
